Return Policy XO: 

You may return the items within 3 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Returns are valid for a complete reimbursement or store credit for the items’s cost. Excluding any shipping fees. 

 

Exchange policy XO: 

If you received a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange within 1 week of the original purchase date.

The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging. 

Exchange will be for the same product or an item of equal value. 

You have the option to exchange either in our physical showroom or through our online platform.
